• Dry clean strongly recommended to preserve the zari border and fabric lustre
• If hand washing, use cold water with a gentle detergent — do not soak for more than 5 minutes
• Do not wring or twist; gently press out excess water and lay flat to dry
• Dry in shade — prolonged direct sunlight may fade the beige tone and weaken the zari
• Iron on a low-medium setting on the reverse side; never iron directly on the zari border
• Store folded neatly in a muslin cloth or saree bag to protect the weave and border
